AUSTIN, Texas -- Farm Credit Bank of Texas (FCBT) has reported strong mid-year results, highlighted by second quarter net income of $45.8 million, a 67.8 percent increase from the second quarter of last year. Net income for the first six months was $81 million, an increase of 84.5 percent from the same period of 2009, officials noted.
