ST. PAUL, Minn. -- The 2010 Midwest Poultry Federation Convention will feature top speakers from across the country at a variety of workshops for the turkey, egg, broiler and organic poultry industries.
All workshops will be held March 17-18, at Saint Paul RiverCentre.
"Such hot-button issues as avian influenza, water quality, feed efficiency, turkey clostridial dermatitis and animal welfare will be covered, along with specialty workshops for the organic and specialty poultry segments of the industry," said MPF President Pete Rothfork, a turkey producer from Melrose, Minn.
