Tyson agrees to settle lawsuit

BALTIMORE -- Tyson Foods Inc. has agreed to settle a lawsuit that accused the poultry giant of falsely claiming its chickens were "raised without antibiotics."

USTR action urged on EU poultry ban

WASHINGTON -- The U.S. poultry industry has urged U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk to "fully and resolutely pursue" a World Trade Organization action against European Union rules that effectively block U.S. poultry from the European market.
